Natalie France is the creator of Taliecore, a space for her to share a passion for teaching Pilates and love of running.You can check Natalie’s London based Pilates class schedule and find out more about how she works with runners who want to stay consistent, avoid recurring niggles, and understand what their body needs to run long-term.
Natalie’s love of running and personal experience with running related injuries, inspired her to specialise in Pilates for Runners. This has since evolved into an extensive package around “Runner Longevity”, where physical strength/mobility, mental performance and injury resilience are here key principles to your ‘Runner Longevity”.
Natalie teaches weekly Pilates classes in London, from Tuesday to Friday. She is an early riser, you’ll therefore be looking to catch her from 07:00 until late afternoon.
